怎么向导师寻求帮助？

基本注意事项

先讲道理：

首先，不要怕

大多数教授都是乐于助人的~“教辅”学生本就是他们的本职工作。学生作为“菜鸟”有一些无伤大雅的小毛病，通常不会太计较的。

但

介于不同教授的性格偏好。

最好先好好查看下课程指南

老师在交流上有没有什么偏好

比如工作时间，更倾向于电话短信交流还是邮件等等

比较严格，还是比较好说话等等

最好

在课程开始后，就发封自我介绍邮件

向导师介绍下你的基本信息

这样以后再向导师寻求帮助之类

就没那么突兀~

（想想，某一天突然收到封陌生的邮件，

开口就是搞事，多那啥~是吧~）

沟通也更加顺利~

还有

不要什么问题都劳烦导师

向教授寻求帮助是强力杀手锏

提出一个网上/课本大纲/其他资料等

已经有答案的问题

会让你看上去要么蠢要么懒

要么又蠢又懒

并且可能会激怒你的教授

能自己解决的还是自己动手吧

最好还在邮件里好好说道你有多尽力~ （可怜点，不帮助你简直过不去~）

再就是

遇到自己解决不了的麻烦时

（比如论文延期，缺勤等）

请务必提前说

总不能导师能未卜先知

如果事到临头

再出篓子

导师没有一点点防备

还要为你的事擦屁股~

这个心情请自个想象~

对了

很多事情可能邮件“讲不清楚”

如果教授回复的邮件仍没彻底解决你的疑惑

可以再发邮件

询问教授是否可以在他方便的时候

电话沟通几分钟。

可能稍微聊一下就能解惑了~

邮件更类似于一个“通知”

关键是

发出去的邮件不能撤销！

而且电子邮件一般都会存档。可以被其他学生，教职人员甚至管理人员看到。

如果不想被公开处刑~

请一定要记住下列事项：

细节问题最好不要在邮件里详聊

充分利用主题行

表达简洁明确正式直接

注意礼貌礼节与语气

发送前校对检查确认无误

After reviewing the notes from Monday’s ENG331 class, there was something that seemed odd to me. In Charlotte Perkins Gilman’s “The Yellow Wallpaper,” the ending can be interpreted in different ways, correct? In my notes, I wrote that the ending can be seen as both a triumph for the protagonist as well as a tragic end. Given the protagonist’s fall into insanity, I can understand the latter interpretation. I’m having difficulty understanding how the conclusion can be a triumph, though.

I’ve talked with a few others in class, and none of them have been able to provide me with much insight. Would you be able to briefly explain this to me?
